Monthly Real Estate Update - March '23
And we're off and running into the 2023 real estate season! Over the past 30 days, our coastal micro-market here in the Rehoboth/Lewes/Bethany area is outperforming the overall Mid-Atlantic Region. Slight uptick in inventory from same period last year, which is good news for buyers. And home prices are hanging in there which is really good news for sellers, too! It is crucial to price your home right.
